CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
to national and international engeneering companies for the realization
of algiers airport master plan
In order to ensure the sustainable development of Houari Boumediene Airport (Algiers), SGSIA, "Société de Gestion des Services et infrastructures Aéroportuaire" is walling
to have a planning tool for the short (05years), meduim (10 years) and long-term (20 years), for the realization of a Master Plan of the Airport.
SGSIA called for expressions of interest to national and international specialized engeneering and consulting companies.
The master plan should identify best solutions for infrastructure development and the saturation term of the airport considering mainly acronautical, economic, environmental,
functional and space constraints.
it should also define phasing for studies and works related to the infrastructure as well as the investment programme for the short term.
The interested companies are requested to express their interest by sending the following documents in french:
- a letter of interest.
- the legal form and status of the candidate.
- the justification for a membership in a group if any.
- the last three annual reports and balance sheets with bank references.
- the experience and reference during the five(05) previous years.
- the qualifications of human resources and skills available.
- a detailed description of the phased approach.
- the methodology provided.
- a detailed description of pleadings and graphics deliverables.
The documents (closed and anonymous) must be sent by registred-mail, bearing the words: "Do not open call for expressions of interest to national and international engeneering companies for the realization of algiers airport master plan" to the following address.

The Public establishment of the New Town of Sidi Abdellah issues a National and an International restricted invitation for bids concerning the study and the realisation of the New Town of Sidi Abdellah roads.
The National and International invitation of bids is opened for companies having realised at least two (02) similar projects of new towns of 150 000 inhabitants, filling the statutory conditions of practising and qualification, category nine (09) , or the equivalent for foreign companies, having technical ability and capacity of work needed by the execution of this projects as described in the biding documents.In the case of grouping, this criteria will concern the leader with a number of shares exceeding 51% and, as for other companies, their category is fixed to 7.
This leader can:
a) either be equiped with his own design office.
b) or be associated with design office (in the case of a group of companies and design offices)
Every member of the group, including the design office must present the necessary qualifications for the tasks alloted to him, in the framework of the grouping.

The technical and financial offers, also the bank guarantee for an amount exceeding 1% of the offer placed in separate envelopes must be sent to the indicated address above, in a limited period of 60 days starting from the publication day in domestic daily newspapers and the BOMOP.
The opening of offers will be made in presence of representatives of the bidders who wish to attend the bid opening at 13h00 and the bid opening will take place at 14h00 local time, at the office the new town of Sidi Abdellah Public Establishment.

Offers accompanied with the demanded documents must be presented according to the conditions fixed in the consultation file in two separated bids.
